About the Company:
One of the most reputable and clinically-revered IOPs in the region is looking for a Clinical Director. In this role you will oversee program operations, ensure clinical compliance, provide clinical supervision, and act as the face of the clinical program for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team of associate therapists
• Role model clinical excellence and professionalism
• Advise on programming and day-to-day operations (individual and group therapy)
• Audit charts for compliance and coach staff toward correction when needed
• Run weekly clinical meetings
• Serve as the SME for complex clinical cases or questions
  
  

Qualifications:

• CA-licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC
• Two years post-licensure and/or eligible to supervise clinicians
• Past clinical supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Experience in SUD IOP operations is also highly preferred
