About the Clinic:
Our outpatient psychiatry clinic is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered care. We specialize in TMS therapy, Spravato (esketamine) treatment, and comprehensive psychiatric medication management, providing innovative solutions for patients with treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee all psychiatric services within the outpatient clinic.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for patients.
  Supervise and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including NPs, PAs, and therapists.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
  Drive quality improvement initiatives and support growth in advanced therapies (TMS and Spravato).
• Participate in strategic and operational planning with the executive team.
  
  

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Psychiatry.
• Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Proven leadership experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred.
• Comfortable with TMS, Spravato, and advanced treatment modalities (training provided if needed).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
