National Sales Manager – Multiple Outpatient & Residential SUD Facilities
Location: Southern California and remote

About the Position:
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned business development manager embedded in the substance use disorder and mental healthcare treatment space. You'll work closely with executive leadership on strategy, implementation, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture the current sales team (max of five)
- Redefine processes and fine tune where needed
- Executive overall company vision for strategic growth
- Capture new accounts across US regions
- Down the line, recruit, train, and onboard additional sales reps
- Define KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and own the success of the sales team
Qualifications:
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and diplomacy
- 10 years of experience in the substance use disorder and mental healthcare space
- Five to 10 years of experience developing business for the substance use disorder and mental healthcare space
- A minimum of three years' experience managing BD reps in the substance use disorder and mental healthcare space
