About the Clinic:
Our outpatient mental health clinic in Westlake Village provides compassionate, evidence-based care for a low-acuity adult population. We focus on psychiatric medication management and supportive treatment, offering clinicians a stable and collaborative environment with above-market compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adult patients.
  Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
  Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to support high-quality, integrated care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active California PMHNP license (required).
  Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training will be considered.
  Strong communication and documentation skills.
  Comfortable working with a low-acuity adult population.
